First Meeting

The Patient Participation Group met for the first time on 10th January 2012. The PPG have formulated a survey to be distributed to a wider practice population. The results of the survey will determine the initial objectives for the PPG.

Help Shape Patient Services

We are setting up a Patient Participation Group and need your help.

Firstly we need patients who would be prepared to answer a short anonymous survey by email once or twice a year. The results of this survey would help identify areas for improvement.

We are also hoping to recruit up to twelve patients to establish a Patient Participation Group (PPG). This group would meet with the GPs and management team several times a year to identify patient’s priorities and issues, discuss planned practice changes and develop and review the annual survey.
