Routine appointments
To improve access for our patients following your feedback, we have improved our appointment system to allow better access.
The askmyGp service will now be used for ROUTINE appointment requests only. You will be asked to answer a few questions and tell us what you need.
You will receive confirmation of your request and a team member will respond to your request.
This service is available between 7.30am– 9.30am Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
Use the AskMyGp service – for routine appointment requests
- When logged into askmyGp, please select ‘Routine request’
- Answer a few questions and tell us what you need
- You will receive immediate confirmation of your request and a member of our team will respond accordingly with further information and appointment confirmation if requested, within 1-3 working days (although this may be longer during busy periods)
Non-Routine Requests
For medical problems that will not wait 1-2 weeks, please ring the surgery at 8.00am Monday to Friday on 0161 748 5559 to request a non-routine appointment.
