All test results are reviewed by a GP who will contact patients with the results of any X-ray, test, or blood test where further action is required. Please note that due to the high volume of test results we receive, we do not contact patients where test results are normal and will inform you of results at your next appointment.
Test results can be viewed online once you have registered for online services.
Urine samples: please bring your urine samples into the surgery by 11:30 at the latest to enable the nurses and health care assistants time to check them before the lunchtime collection from the hospital. Any samples dropped off later than 11:30 will not be checked.
Blood Tests/ Phlebotomy Clinics
From 01 November 2018 all blood tests will be by appointment only. Patients can make an appointment for the Phlebotomy Clinic by telephoning the booking hotline on 0161 934 8361.
