Social Prescriber

Evie Mummery works for BluSci Services and is available for patients to discuss any social concerns they may have.  If you  feel that you would benefit from Evie’s input please let a member of staff know and they will make a referral through to Evie who will usually contact you within a couple of days.

The service is not an emergency service, however, Evie works with a wide range of community services and can help with anything from diet, exercise, benefits, loneliness and isolation, low  mood.
