✅ We Did:
We’ve updated our on-hold music to something more pleasant. Thank you for your honesty!

⏰ You Said:

“We need more late appointments – not everyone can come during work hours.”

✅ We Did:
We’ve added later Practice Nurse appointments for patients who can’t attend during the day – and we’re working on adding even more flexible options.

📢 You Said:

“We didn’t know you offered weekend appointments.”

✅ We Did:
We sent out a patient survey to spread the word and are now advertising weekend appointments in the waiting room and on other platforms.
