If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else; an option to do this is available in the link provided in all of our SMS appointment reminders.
You are also able to cancel your appointments through the NHS App.
If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee that you will be seen and you may need to book another appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying the surgery you may be sent a letter regarding this. If you do not attend on three occasions you may be asked to register with an alternative GP.

We have changed our booking system to a ‘timed’ appointments in response to patient feedback to enable more efficient planning.
